Amy G. Twomey and Matthew J. Twomey sold a four-bed, three-bath home at 9524 Angleridge Road in Northeast Dallas to Christi Terry and James Terry on July 5.

The Twomeys previously acquired the property in Jan. 2007. The 2,724-square-foot house was built in 1964.

Ms. Twomey is a photographer at Amy Twomey Photography. Prior to that, she was a writer at Dallas Morning News. She also worked as an assistant interior designer at Stinson & Associates, an employment service delivery system provider that offers professional development, continuing education, and career advisement and job development services to company employees.

The Twomeys also sold homes at 10905 Sinclair Avenue in Lochwood in June 2004 and at 9641 Angleridge Road in Northeast Dallas also for $275,000 in July 2006.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,626 home sales in Northeast Dallas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $209,500.
