Commercial transaction lawyer deals in University Park

Medium 65a6fb7f3075c55d4098fd1b9986cd24 Jack T. Gannon, the estate of Fayetta Mary Gannon, along with Thelma Trigg Gannon and Clair H. Gannon Jr. sold a 2.5-bath home at 7034 Turtle Creek Blvd. in University Park to Ashley Nadeau and Michael Nadeau on Sept. 9.

The 2,528-square-foot house, which was built in 1941 in the Brookside Estates subdivision, is valued at $2,288,560.

Mr. Gannon is a partner with the law firm, Sims Moore Hill & Gannon, L.L.P. in Hillsboro, where his practice focuses on commercial transactions, commercial lending and general business law, as well as real estate, oil and gas law and probate and estate planning matters.

He received a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and obtained his J.D. from Southern Methodist University.

Fayetta Mary Gannon was the regional office assistant for the Region seven office of the American Hospital Association. Earlier, she worked as an administrative assistant for the administrators of the Dallas County Hospital District, Parkland Memorial Hospital. She was also the past president of the Christ Child Society, a charitable organization for infants.

She received her B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin and attended Maryville College of the Sacred Heart in St. Louis, Missouri.

She passed away in July 2010.
