Marketing exec lists 3BD in Northeast Dallas

Douglas C. Mourer has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 8324 San Cristobal Drive in Northeast Dallas for $424,000.

Mourer acquired the home in March 2004. The 2,921-square-foot house was built in 1963 and is valued at $380,000. Mary Beth Harrison of Keller Williams Realty is the listing agent.

Mourer is a market strategy executive at Honeywell Business Solutions. Prior to this, he worked as a regional sales director at Aduromed and as VP at Masterplan Inc.

He attended Eastern Washington University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,308 home sales in Northeast Dallas during the past 12 months.
