Monish M. Sanghavi and Rinarani M. Sanghavi acquired a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 3352 Kendall Lane in Irving from Cendant Mobility Financial Corporation, Burrow Closing Management Corporation and Burrow Services on Jan. 23.

The 3,108-square-foot house was built in 2000. It is valued at $305,980.

Monish Sanghavi is the director of Goldman Sachs - Archon Group.

He holds an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Mumbai.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 994 home sales in Irving during the past 12 months.
