Investment analyst lists University Park 5BD for $2.299M

William Edward Tichenor has listed for sale a five-bedroom, 6.5-bath home at 3800 Hanover St. in University Park for $2.299 million.

The 7,150-square-foot house was built in 2002 in University Heights. It is valued at $2.96 million. Becky Frey and Shelle Carrig of Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty are the listing agents.

William Tichenor is an investment analyst who founded Stephens Inc., a privately held, full-service investment banking firm. He previously worked as an account executive at Christal Radio and at Katz Communications.

He holds a B.S. in economics from Florida State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 219 home sales in University Park during the past 12 months.
