The 1,343-square-foot house was built in 1952 in Central Garland in the Williams Estates subdivision. It is valued at $96,840.

Holmes works as an escrow assistant at Commerce Title and Closing Services LLC. He previously worked as an assistant manager at ConAm Management Corporation.

He attended the University of North Texas.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,646 home sales in Garland during the past 12 months.
