Investment bank exec asking $4.25M in Preston Hollow

Julie and James Silcock have listed for sale a seven-bedroom, 6.2-bath home at 9950 Strait Lane in Preston Hollow for $4.25 million.

The 11,180-square-foot house was built in 1970 and is valued at $3.03 million. Allie Beth Allman of Allie Beth Allman & Associates is the listing agent.

Julie Silcock is the managing director in the Dallas office of Houlihan Lokey, an international investment bank. She joined the firm from Citigroup Global Markets in April 2009.

She holds an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. from Princeton University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,169 home sales in Preston Hollow during the past 12 months.
